Leadership Empowerment Club (LEC) is a youth oriented human capital organization committed to empowering people to discover their potentials and to excel as great leaders for the country and the world at large. We achieve this mandate by organizing conferences, workshops, seminars and other vital programs in areas of Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Mentorship and Career Planning & Development for the youth, primarily tertiary students and the young working class.
